Description: A 'two tiered' system with the goal of measuring & improving both Assignment/Execution and Aggressive play. Over a 3 year period when our O-Line group performance goals were reached (group grade of 90% or better) our team record is 13 wins and 0 losses (versus an overall record of 16 - 13 - 1). |
