The unique E-Playbook license - it is unlike any other product on the market
When you buy our E-Playbook Standard it is licensed to both you and your school / team / organization / youth group.
- For the coach that originally orders and pays for E-Playbook Standard - you get unlimited installations (never any additional charges). Even if you changes teams you can continue installing, updating, & using E-Playbook!
- As for your school / team / organization / youth group - there is a maximum of 25 user per order (with unlimited installations for each user)

How to Order and Pay for E-Playbook
Most of our customers order our products from our on-line store using a credit card. Here is a 'step by step' description of how
to do it:
1) Click here to go to our on-line store
2) Pick the products that you want to order by selecting the "Add to cart" button
3) When you are done, select the "Checkout" button
4) You don't need to 'register', just select the "Continue Checkout" button
5) Enter the requested info (name, address, etc...), then select the "Continue" button
6) To complete your order:
select the "Continue" button, select the "Place Order" button
7) PayPal is the company that processes credit card payments for us. They are a secure on-line payment service that
is a subsidiary of Ebay. Select the "PayPal Pay Now" button and follow the on-screen instructions.
8) When your order has been completed, and your credit card payment has been processed you will receive an email from:
service@paypal.com,
the subject will be: Receipt for your Payment to Football Technologies

After ordering - download, install, start, and activate E-Playbook
1) Download and install E-Playbook, click here for step-by-step download and installation instructions.
Note - if the demo was installed you do not need to remove it.
2) Click here to request an Activation Code
3) Start E-Playbook, click here for instructions
4) If you had not tried the free demo you will need to enter your 'User Info'
5) When 'prompted', enter your activation code
6) Follow the on-screen instructions |
About Activation Codes
Question: What is an activation code?
Answer: It is one of the 'tools' that we use to limit 'software piracy'
Question: How do I get an activation code?
Answer: Click here , or select the Get Activation Code link on the left side of every web page
Question: Do I need a new activation code to download and install an E-Playbook update?
Answer: Not if E-Playbook was already installed on that computer. You only need an activation code when you are
installing E-Playbook on a computer for the first time
Question: I just completed my activation code request - how long will it take until I receive it?
Answer: Each code must be manually created (based on the info that you provided when you requested the code).
Usually it takes between 30 minutes to 2 hours (depending on your work load). If you are in a hurry please call
us at (760) 331-3626. Note - our office is generally closed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM Pacific time
and activation codes canot be provided when our office is closed.
Question: Another coach on our staff purchased E-Playbook and I want to start using it - what do I do?
Answer: On our Activation Code Request page enter:
1) Your first name, last name, phone number, email address, city, state
2) The name of the team/school/organization to which E-Playbook is licensed. If you don't know the
'licensed name' - contact the coach that originally purchased E-Playbook.
3) The 'nick name' of the team/school/organization to which E-Playbook is licensed
Question: I got an 'Activation Code' email that says that my new code is only 'valid' for 4 days. Does that mean that I need to
enter a code every 4 days?
Answer: No - you only need to 'activate' E-Playbook once for each computer that it is installed on. The
'4 day thing' means that you have 4 days to install E-Playbook on as many different computers as you need to,
after that you will need to request a new code.
Question: Can I use the code that was sent to another coach on my staff?
Answer: No - you need to request your own code

Free E-Playbook Updates
Periodically we will post E-Playbook program updates on our Downloads page. If it is an update that we believe will be of significant value to our customers we will also send out an 'E-Playbook Update' email. To update from an older version of E-Playbook:
1) From the Downloads page select the Click here to download E-Playbook Standard link
2) Download the 'update' just as you did previous versions of E-Playbook. Click here for 'step-by-step' download and installation instructions
3) Follow the on-screen instructions
Notes:
A) You don't need to un-install the older version of E-Playbook before updating. The newer version will replace the older
version
B) You don't need a new activation code to update to a newer version of E-Playbook
C) Updating to a newer version of E-Playbook will not harm your existing plays - but it is a good time to
'back-up' your plays for safe keeping!
